Swet Parpati (Classical Ay. Preparation) it is primarily use in Ayurvedic medicine to treat urinary tract disorders such as painful urination, urinary tract infections, and kidney stones. It has diuretic, antispasmodic, and anti-inflammatory properties that can help reduce inflammation in the urinary tract and relieve pain during urination.
Moolikshar (W.S. Ash of Raphanous Sativus) it has diuretic properties, which means that it can increase urine production and help flush out bacteria from the urinary tract, potentially helping to treat UTIs. Additionally, it has alkalizing properties, which means that it can increase the pH of the urine, making it more difficult for bacteria to survive and multiply in the urinary tract.
Sheetal Chini (Piper Cubeba)
People use cubebs for increasing urination to relieve water retention
(as a diuretic). They also use it to treat a certain parasitic
infection in the intestines called amoebic dysentery. Other uses include treatment of intestinal gas, gonorrhea, and cancer. Some people take it for loosening mucus.

How does it work?
Cubebs contains cubebic acid, which might have effect on the urinary and respiratory tracts.

Saindha Namak.

Panchtrin Mool

Ikshu/Sugarcane (Saccharum officinarum)

Chharila/ Stone Flower/Patthar Phool (Parmelia Perlata)
